The coffee grows between \u003cstrong\u003e1,200 and 2,200 meters\u003c\/strong\u003e. The varieties are Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Pache and Catimor, hand-picked during the August–November harvest and washed-processed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eChirinos holds both \u003cstrong\u003eFair Trade and Organic certification\u003c\/strong\u003e.
