Most home coffee makers fail on temperature. The 1100-watt heater holds 195°F to 205°F for the whole brew cycle, which is the range the Specialty Coffee Association certifies for full extraction. A wide showerhead spreads water evenly over the grounds, and an optional bloom mode gives freshly roasted coffee a 30-second head start. The double-wall stainless steel thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for hours, so there is no heating plate and no burnt taste. One button starts a brew.
