Cosmopolitan 1.0L Gooseneck Electric Kettle

The Bonavita Cosmopolitan Gooseneck Kettle gives you the control that pour-over coffee and loose-leaf tea need, in a design that looks good on a counter.

The gooseneck spout gives you a slow, exact stream of water for pour-over coffee, French press, and loose-leaf tea. Temperature is accurate to 1 degree across 140°F to 212°F. Six preset temperatures cover everything from delicate green tea to a full boil, and a 60-minute hold keeps the water at your set temperature while you get ready. A 1200-watt heating element brings a full liter to a boil in about five minutes. The kettle is built from 304 stainless steel and BPA-free materials, is FDA certified, and comes in several finishes.
