Bionaturae Sourdough Farfalle is made in Italy by a fifth-generation family of pasta makers. It is made with fermented grains and an Italian sourdough starter, which gives it a subtle tangy taste that works with most sauces. It is pressed through traditional bronze dies, so the surface is coarse and sauces cling to it.
